PC Revalidation is a cylinder test station based in Atlantis, Western Cape

Throughout South Africa, our cylinder test station serves the needs of major LP Gas and refrigerant companies offering repair, pressure testing and re-certification of all welded steel and compressed gas cylinders.

We are approved by the South African Department of Labour to test, repair an approve welded steel and portable gas cylinders from 1.5L  to 1000L and have the capacity to revalidate up to 12,000 LPG cylinders per month.

We are also able to handle seamless steel and aluminum cylinders for use with compressed and high pressure gases such as Oxygen, Nitrogen and welding gases like Argon.

The business is EN17020 compliant and we operate a quality management system in accordance with ISO9000.

We manage a fleet of trucks that collect and deliver cylinders for our clients throughout South Africa.

Cylinder data and stock management is handled electronically and customers can log onto our data base to check status of any order and stock availability in our warehouse. Please see our Services page for more information.

We also manufacture welded steel cylinders in low volumes for specialised industries including fire suppression (FM200 and AFFF) in both carbon steel and stainless steel, our cylinders carry the “pi” mark and are suitable for sale in Europe.
